        new CAT module to administer examinee accounts: examinee.cgi
      * Add dependency to CipUX::Task 3.4.1.0 (additional examinee tasks)
      * add start_theme section to cipux-cat-web.ini. This will let the user
        be able to choose the theme for the login session via configuration.

Desciption:

CipUX-Import contains a Moose class that support importing users via CipUX::Task from a CSV file. This class can be used to add import functionality to other CipUX parts. As a first usage case the cipux-import script is provided, which can be used to mass import users via command line.
